- Podcastquery: counts of podcasts, episodes and networks by category, language, country chart and hosting platform, from the Podcast Index feed dump of 16 August 2026 (4,711,475 feeds). Free, no account. No show-level search or contact data.
- Listen Notes (listennotes.com): A search engine for single shows and episodes, with a podcast API and dataset exports. Price: API: free up to 150 requests/month; PRO $200/month base fee.
- Podchaser (podchaser.com): Show, episode and credits profiles, with contacts and monitoring in Podchaser Pro and a podcast API. Price: API: Starter $30/month, Professional $300/month; Pro: not published.
- Rephonic (rephonic.com): Listener numbers, demographics and contact details per show, built for pitching guests to shows. 7-day trial with a card. Price: Light $99/month, Standard $149/month, Business $299/month.
- Podcast Index (podcastindex.org): An open index of podcast feeds for developers, free for any use. Data comes through an API that needs a sign-up. Price: Free.
- Podscan (podscan.fm): Mention alerts and transcripts across podcasts, with an API and contact data on paid plans. Enterprise from $5,000/month. Price: Premium $100/month, Professional $200/month, Advanced $2,500/month.
- Pod Engine (podengine.ai): Show search with contact emails, transcripts and an API. Guest booking is a $100/month add-on. Price: $75/month on quarterly billing.
- Podseeker (podseeker.co): Host and producer emails for PR teams booking clients on shows, with outreach tools. Price: $99/month, 3 seats.
